Connect through everyday moments
Joining the child’s activity · shared engagement · learning through play and routines.
Mindala · Grow programme
Grow is Mindala’s developing programme of individual caregiver coaching for childhood developmental support. It brings everyday interaction, communication, play and routines into a clear journey with professional guidance.
Under development and clinical review · Digital enrolment is not open.
The caregiver at the centre
The proposed pathway focuses initially on caregivers of children aged 2–9 with suspected or identified developmental delays or disabilities. A formal diagnosis is not required for consideration. The caregiver is the main learner; child participation is adapted to comfort, needs and willingness. Suitability is reviewed professionally.
The proposed care journey
Individual, online-first coaching. In-person delivery requires local validation.
Discuss daily routines, strengths, access needs and suitability with a professional.
Choose meaningful family goals, confirm caregiver authority and agree how the child participates.
Explore small, practical steps with a facilitator, at a pace that respects the child and caregiver.
Review what helps, adapt the support and agree follow-up or specialist referral when needed.
The curriculum
The full sequence is drafted for professional review in Arabic and English. Sessions are proposed at around 50–60 minutes, with flexibility for family needs.
Joining the child’s activity · shared engagement · learning through play and routines.
Recognizing communication · creating opportunities · everyday skills in small steps.
Preventing distress · building alternative skills · problem-solving and maintaining progress.
Home-context contacts support orientation and baseline, mid-programme coached practice, and transition after Session 9. Observation needs consent; recording is optional and requires separate permission.
One Mindala programme system
Grow follows the same material-review approach as ACT+ and Materna’s programme design: clear objectives, guided practice, family materials, follow-up and professional oversight. Active providers can propose revisions; administrators approve or request changes. Finalization and family release remain separate.
Open Grow materials review →Grow is an original Mindala development proposal, informed by caregiver-skills principles. It is not a WHO-endorsed programme or a validated equivalent of WHO CST. It does not diagnose, promise a cure or replace specialist care. Clinical, safeguarding, privacy, content-rights and facilitator-competency reviews are required before a supervised pilot.
For immediate danger to a child or caregiver, seek local emergency help rather than waiting for a website response.
Provider guides and participant worksheets are available for professional review. Test assignment, response and follow-up using fictional information. An approved professional account is required.
Content review → administrator approval → final production → clinical release decision. Accepting a walkthrough never releases treatment automatically.
