A distinct pathway
Choose by need, with professional guidance.
Young people aged 10–18 with assessed emotional distress. Individual delivery is the primary pathway; groups require suitability, feasibility and informed agreement. Use developmentally appropriate materials for ages 10–12, 13–15 and 16–18. Caregiver or supporter involvement follows consent, legal capacity and safety needs. Original EASE evidence concerns group delivery for ages 10–15; the expanded ages and individual format require separate review and pilot evaluation.

This is an original Mindala adaptation under review, not a WHO- or UNODC-endorsed or validated expanded protocol. Public information is not personal treatment advice. Clinical, safeguarding, language, rights and usability review are required before a supervised pilot.
For immediate danger, seek local emergency help rather than waiting for a website reply.
All Mindala Special Programs →Review and walkthrough space
Provider guides and participant worksheets are available for professional review. Test assignment, response and follow-up using fictional information. An approved professional account is required.
Content review → administrator approval → final production → clinical release decision. Accepting a walkthrough never releases treatment automatically.
